Booking & Payment

• A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date.

• Final payment is due 14 days before the event.

• Dates are not guaranteed until the retainer is received.

Travel

• Travel within 25 miles of Brooklyn and Queens is included.

• Events outside the included service area are subject to a travel fee.

Cancellations

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Cancellation policies are outlined in your rental agreement.

Venue Requirements

• Client is responsible for obtaining venue approval if required.

• A nearby power source should be available.

Delivery of Recordings

• Digital recordings are delivered within 7 business days after the event.

• Optional keepsake upgrades are shipped or delivered after processing.
